The Avery-Hardoll DM Series Flow Meter is a precision-engineered, positive displacement liquid measuring instrument designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern tank truck loading depots and fuel storage facilities. It ensures high accuracy and repeatability in fluid measurement, minimizing errors caused by pressure variations, temperature changes, or turbulence from nearby valves and bends. 

  • Flow Rate: Continuous operation up to 660 GPM (2500 LPM); intermittent operation up to 800 GPM (3000 LPM).
  • Flanges: 4” ANSI 150 (RF or FF).
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 230 psi (16 bar).
  • Volume per Revolution: 1.5 gallons (5.75 liters).
  • Accuracy: ±0.075% with linearized pulser; ±0.125% or better with bare meter. Repeatability of 0.02% or better.
  • Body: Carbon steel (ASTM 216 WCB).
  • End Covers: Carbon steel.
  • Rotor: Aluminum alloy.
  • Vanes: Carbon.
  • Bearings: Non-corrodible stainless steel.
