The Blackmer® S Series Triple Screw Pumps are a type of positive displacement rotary pump designed specifically for handling clean, lubricating fluids without solid components. These pumps consist of a male drive spindle, two female secondary spindles, and a casing that houses the three screws. The rotating screws and the casing form a sealed chamber that moves fluid in a continuous axial direction from the suction side to the discharge side. The smooth and constant flow is ensured by the rotation of the male drive screw.

These pumps are well-suited for various industries, including chemical process, general industrial, energy, transportation, and commercial marine markets. They are known for their reliability, low noise levels, ease of maintenance, self-priming capabilities, and eco-friendly operation. Additionally, they can handle differential pressures up to 100 bar (1,450 psi), with flow rates ranging from 2 to 2,600 L/min (0.5 to 685 gpm). The S Series pumps can also work at temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) and viscosities between 3 and 5,000 mm²/s (cSt).

S Series 3N Triple Screw Pumps:

These pumps are designed for low-pressure balanced self-priming applications and are primarily used for lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, fuel oils, and low-viscosity diesel oils. Key features include:
