The Cim-Tek 400 Series Dispenser Filters are designed specifically for fuel dispensers and commercial fueling pumps. These filters come in various types to accommodate different types of fuels and ethanol blends. Here's a breakdown of their features and specifications:

Filter Types

  • Cellulose and Hydrosorb® Filters: For gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, or ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD).
  • Alcohol Monitors (MB): For ethanol blends up to E15.
  • Microglass Filters (BMG): For biodiesel blends up to B100.
  • High-Alcohol Content Filters (BHA): For E85.
  • Flow Rate: Up to 25 gallons per minute (gpm) or 94.6 liters per minute (lpm).
  • Pressure: Maximum working pressure of 50 psi (3.4 bar).
  • Micron Sizes: Filters are available in various micron sizes, offering different levels of filtration.
  • Dirt Holding Capacity: Microglass filters have a higher dirt-holding capacity, which leads to longer service life.
  • UL® Recognition: The filters are UL® recognized, meaning they meet specific safety standards for use in fuel dispensers.
  • Gaskets: The filters come with pre-lubed gaskets for easy installation, except for the high alcohol content (BHA) filters, which use Viton gaskets for better compatibility with ethanol.
  • Thread Size: 1 1/2″-16 with a 1″ flow.
  • Dimensions: 3 3/4″ diameter by 5 1/2″ length.
