The High Differential Pressure (HDP) packages are specifically designed for applications requiring elevated pressure levels. These systems are available in two configurations: frame mount (FF-Model) and direct mount (DLF-Model), providing flexibility to suit different operational needs.

For single-phase electrical sources, an optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) can be included to enable the operation of larger motors. For installations with three-phase electrical sources, the VFD is not required, as the power supply is sufficient to operate high-horsepower motors directly.

This versatile and efficient solution is ideal for achieving high differential pressures while ensuring reliability and performance.

  • Single Phase to Three Phase Conversion: Easily converts a single-phase source to three-phase service.
  • Slow Start-Up Feature: Eliminates flow surges for smoother operation.
  • Variable Motor Speed: Optimizes pump performance by adjusting motor speed as needed.
  • Motor Overload Protection: Minimizes potential damage and enhances reliability.
  • Pre-Programmed Settings: Shipped pre-programmed at 60 Hz with a 4-second ramp-up speed.
  • No Magnetic Starter Required: Reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for a magnetic starter.
  • Standard Remote Switch: Available for added convenience and operational flexibility.
  • Three Pump Models Available: Offers versatility for various applications.
  • Single-Stage Pump: Ensures efficient and straightforward operation.
  • Mounting Options:
    • Frame Mount: Accommodates a wider range of motors (1 to 15 hp).
