PT-Model pumps are reliable, low-pressure pumps designed with a combination of O-ring and gasket construction for secure sealing. Featuring a non-replaceable cam, fixed side plates, and a durable cast iron mechanical seal, these pumps are ideal for handling petroleum products and industrial solvents. Available with four or six vanes, PT-Models also include an adjustable internal relief valve, making them a practical choice for efficient, low-maintenance applications.

  • Self-Adjusting Sliding Vanes: Designed for optimal and consistent pumping performance, self-adjusting vanes ensure minimal wear and maximize longevity.
  • Lightweight Hollow Rotor Design: Reduces overall pump weight, enhancing ease of installation and handling.
  • Simple and Cost-Effective Maintenance: The pump head can be removed for easy access to internal components, allowing for quick part replacement without disturbing existing piping.
  • Vapor Handling Capability: Effectively manages small amounts of vapor, enhancing flexibility in various applications.
  • Superior Suction Lift: Ideal for clearing suction and discharge lines efficiently.
  • Integrated Internal Relief Valve: Comes standard or with an optional Air Operated Valve (AOV) for precise control over high and low flow rates.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Valve: Internal relief valve crafted from nickel-plated cast iron for enhanced durability.
  • Standard Viton® O-Rings: Featuring high-quality Viton® O-rings, a registered trademark of DuPont, for reliable sealing.
  • Adjustable Internal Relief Valve: Provides flexibility in handling different pressure requirements.
  • Flow Rates: Up to 263 GPM (995 L/min)
  • Working Pressure: Up to 200 PSI (13.8 bar)
  • Differential Pressure: Up to 125 PSI (8.6 bar)
  • Temperature Range: -25°F to 300°F (-32°C to 149°C)
  • Viscosity Range: Up to 20,000 SSU (4,250 cSt)
  • Variety of Pump Sizes: Multiple configurations to suit diverse applications.
  • Low-Pressure Design: Engineered for low-pressure tasks with a maximum working pressure of 200 PSI (13.8 bar).
  • Vane Design: Four-vane design in PT20 models; six-vane design in PT25 and PT30 models, each with integrated vane drivers.
  • Durable Gasket and O-Ring Construction: Ensures leak-proof operation and long-lasting durability.
  • Non-Replaceable Cam and Side Plates: Provides a simplified, robust design for lower maintenance.
  • Foot-Mounted Design: Suitable for both stationary and mobile (truck-mounted) installations.
  • Sealing and Flange Options: Mechanically sealed with cast iron seal seats; available with NPT, BSPT, or weld flanges, and ANSI flange kits.
  • Drive Options: Supports hydraulic, gear reducer, and V-belt drives for operational flexibility.
  • Pump Casing and Heads: Gray iron for robust structure
  • Cam and Side Plates: Gray iron
  • Rotor and Flanges: Ductile iron for strength and resilience
  • Seal Seat: Cast iron
