The Husky VIII Nozzle is a robust, high-performance fuel dispensing nozzle designed for high-volume applications, such as truck stops, full-service, self-service, and unattended fueling stations.

  1. Automatic Shut-Off:

    • The nozzle automatically shuts off when the gas tank is full, preventing overflows and spills.

  2. Spout Design:

    • Reinforced with a thick aluminum bushing, the spout retains the spout spring and resists rounding-in.
    • This design minimizes issues like premature clicking off and splash-back spillage.

  3. Flo-Stop® Safety Device:

    • Automatically shuts off the nozzle if it falls from the fill tank or is raised above the horizontal.

  4. Durable Construction:

    • Body: Lightweight yet durable aluminum.
    • Lever: Single-piece contoured steel for strength and comfort.

  5. Heavy-Duty Features:

    • Waffle splash guard to reduce splash-back.
    • Long spout designed for efficient diesel dispensing.
  • Body Material: Aluminum
  • Seal Material: Fluorocarbon for chemical resistance.
  • Packing: Double o-ring seal, protected by fiber-reinforced Teflon®.
