The Husky XS® Nozzle is an advanced, automatic shut-off nozzle designed for use in full-service and self-service fuel stations. With its pressure-actuated mechanism and robust safety features, it ensures efficient and secure fuel dispensing.

  1. Automatic Shut-Off:

    • Stops fuel flow under the following conditions:
      • When the pump shuts off.
      • When the gas tank is full.
      • If the lever is opened before the pump is turned on.
      • When the leak detector has not completed its test cycle.

  2. Safety & Efficiency Enhancements:

    • Flo-Stop® Device: Automatically shuts off the nozzle if it falls from the tank or rises above the horizontal position.
    • StreamShaper® Technology: Minimizes fuel turbulence for a straighter flow, reducing splash-back and spillage.

  3. Durability:

    • Stainless Steel Spout Bushing: Maintains the spout tip's roundness and prevents tip-end sensor damage.
    • Body Material: One-piece die-cast aluminum for strength and longevity.
    • Lever: Made of one-piece contoured steel, covered with durable hard plastic for comfort and protection.

  4. User-Friendly Design:

    • Hold-Open Clip: Single-notch mechanism for convenience during dispensing.
    • Smooth Full Grip Guard: Provides a comfortable and secure grip during use.
    • Optional EZ Lever:
      • Reduces opening force by 50%.
      • Enables precise "to-the-penny" fuel dispensing.
      • ADA compliant for accessibility.
  • Inlet Size: 3/4" (19mm) NPT, suitable for unleaded fuel.
  • Seals: Made from high-performance fluorocarbon for durability and chemical resistance.
  • Packing: Double O-ring seal safeguarded by fiber-reinforced Teflon® for leak prevention.
