Liquid Controls' Mechanical V-Series Valves are designed to work with mechanical preset systems, automatically shutting off the flow after a predetermined amount of product has been delivered. These valves are available in various models to accommodate different flow rates and applications.

V-7 Series Valves:

  • Application: Compatible with M-5, M-7, and M-10 meters.
  • Pressure Rating: Rated up to 150 psi.
  • Materials: Constructed from aluminum, cast iron, or stainless steel.
  • Seal Options: Available with Viton or Teflon seals.
  • Features: These valves can be manually operated or connected via a mechanical linkage to a preset counter on the meter. They offer single-stage or two-stage closure with a dwell period to eliminate hydraulic shock. The valves are indexable in 90° increments, allowing for flexible installation orientations.

V-15 and V-30 Series Valves:

  • Application: Designed for M-15 and M-30 meters.
  • Pressure Rating: Rated up to 150 psi.
  • Materials: Constructed from aluminum with Teflon seals.
  • Features: Similar to the V-7 series, these valves can be manually operated or connected to a preset counter. They also offer single-stage or two-stage closure with a dwell period to prevent hydraulic shock. The valves are indexable in 90° increments for flexible installation.
