The MP Pumps 3" X 2-½” Petroleum 300 End Suction Centrifugal Pump is engineered for reliable and efficient transfer of petroleum-based fluids, making it suitable for a variety of industries, including agricultural, industrial, marine, and OEM applications. This centrifugal pump is part of MP’s Petroleum 300 series, with different models (SO 300, SG 300, and SE 300) catering to different fluid types and specific applications. Available in both PumPAK® configurations and pedestal mounting options, the pump is highly versatile and can be configured to close-couple with 215JP or 256JP frame electric motors.

  • Flow Capacity: Up to 540 GPM, delivering high efficiency in fluid transfer.
  • Head: Delivers heads up to 190 feet, making it capable of handling various pumping conditions.
  • Impeller Types: Different models feature specific impellers, such as enclosed cast iron for SO 300, enclosed aluminum for SG 300, and enclosed cast iron for SE 300.
  • Motor Options: Up to 25 horsepower motor compatibility, with close coupling to 215JP and 256JP electric motors, or use of hydraulic motors (1.16 cu. in. or 1.58 cu. in.).
  • Mounting Options: Available in close-coupled configurations, pedestal mounting, or PumPAK® (without motor) for flexibility in installation.
  • Seal Types: Different seal options for various fluid compatibility, including viton/carbon/silicon carbide/SS seals for SE and SG models, and viton/carbon/niresist/SS seals for SO model.
  • Explosion Proof & TEFC Ratings: Explosion-proof Class 1, Group D for SG and SE 300, while the SO 300 comes with a TEFC rating.
  • Fluid Compatibility:
    • SE 300: Ethanol, E 85
    • SG 300: Gasoline, Avgas, Kerosene, Jet A/8
    • SO 300: Biodiesel, Fuel Oil, Diesel
  • Rotation: Can rotate in 90° increments, offering versatile installation configurations.
  • Non-Spark Clamp: Adds safety by preventing spark hazards during operation.
  • Suction & Discharge: 3" x 2½" 150# flange
