These nozzles are designed for both full-service and self-service applications, making them versatile for retail and commercial fueling needs. The 11B series is specifically engineered to prevent fuel spills by ensuring the nozzle does not open until the pump is pressurized, providing both safety and durability. With over 1 million cycles of durability and a user-friendly design, the OPW 11 series nozzles offer an excellent solution for petroleum dispensing systems.

  • Safe for Use:

    • UL & ULC Listed: Safe for gasoline, diesel, and up to 10% ethanol blends.
    • No Pressure – No Flow Device (11B Series Only): Prevents gasoline spills in prepay or card-lock systems by ensuring the nozzle will not open until the pumping system is pressurized. It automatically closes when the pressure is removed.
    • FlowLock™: Automatically shuts off the nozzle if it falls out of a vehicle or is tipped up, reducing spillage and unsafe conditions.
    • Blocker on Lever Guard: Prevents the consumer from jamming the nozzle in the open position.

    • Cycle-Tested: Proven to last over 1 million cycles, providing long-lasting performance.
    • Durable Lever Guard: Made from Duratuff®, a material that prevents scratching vehicles.
    • Long-Lasting Spring: The new hold-open clip spring lasts longer than previous designs.

    • Accu-Stop® Flow Control Technology: Ensures accurate, to-the-penny flow control.
    • Comfortable Grip: The Newgard™ hand insulator is a two-piece design that offers industry-leading comfort.
    • Convenient Hold-Open Clip: Makes it easy to set the flow rate, though not all models have it.
