The OPW 1290 Automatic Shut-Off Nozzles are designed specifically for heavy-duty, high-flow fuel delivery services such as for trucks, buses, and home fuel oil deliveries.

The nozzle models comply with the required certifications, ensuring safe operation and reliability during use.

For the 1291C-0050 model, it comes with a two-position hold-open device for flow rate adjustments. However, 1291C models do not permit the use of Hold-Open Clips in accordance with ULC S620 regulations.

  • Venturi-Type Shut-Off Mechanism: Automatically shuts off fuel flow when the tank is full.
  • Aluminum Body: Lighter weight than other nozzles, making it easier to handle and maneuver.
  • Two-Position Hold-Open Device: Available on certain models (1291C-0050) for easier flow rate control.
  • One-Hand Control of Hold-Open Mechanism: Facilitates simple operation and adjustment of the flow rate with just one hand.
  • Right Angle Design: Provides a larger grip area, improving control, and making it easier to fit the nozzle into tight spaces like corners and near walls.
  • Easily-Replaced Spout: Spout can be quickly changed by removing the retainer nut.
  • Built-In Outlet Check Valve: Meets all Division of Measurement Standards requirements, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing.
  • Dual Poppets: Allows easy opening against high inlet pressures.
  • Design Working Pressure: 50 psi (3.45 bar) maximum pressure.
  • Service Temperature Range: From -20º F to 140º F.
