The OPW 295SA & SAJ Aircraft Nozzles are designed for overwing aircraft fueling applications, providing a variety of features that improve functionality, safety, and durability.

  • Maximum pressure: 110 psi (7.58 bar).

  1. Aluminum Body:

    • Lighter weight, making it easier to handle and maneuver.

  2. Dual Poppets:

    • These are designed for easy operation, even against high inlet pressures.

  3. Color-Coded Composite Lever Guards:

    • Helps differentiate between AVGAS and Jet A fuels, and these guards are easily replaceable through a lever guard kit.

  4. Right Angle Design:

    • Offers a larger lever area for a better grip, providing easier control when using the nozzle.

  5. Vinyl-Coated Lever:

    • Insulates fingers against cold conditions, making handling more comfortable.

  6. 100 Mesh Strainer:

    • Prevents foreign matter from entering the fuel tank and is easily removable for cleaning.

  7. Dust Cap:

    • Protects the nozzle spout from dirt and prevents fuel drippage when connected.

  8. Adjustable Dash Pot:

    • Allows the user to adjust the main poppet closure rate, which helps minimize afterflow and reduces line shock over a wide range of flows.

  9. Easily Replaced Spout:

    • The spout can be easily threaded into the body of the nozzle, and replacements are readily available from OPW.

  10. Built-In Swivel:

  • Prevents the hose from twisting and kinking. It’s electroless nickel-plated with full-bearing surfaces for durability.
  1. NPT Female Threads at Inlet End:
  • The 295SA accepts 1", 1-1/4", or 1-1/2" male connections, while the 295SAJ accepts 1-1/2" male connections.
  1. Unique Jet Aircraft Spout Design (295SAJ):
  • Specifically designed to prevent the inadvertent fueling of piston-engine aircraft with turbine fuel.
  1. Ground Wire Assembly:
  • Included with all aviation nozzles for grounding purposes.

  • Body: Cast Aluminum.
  • Main Stem: Stainless Steel.
  • Stem Seal: Buna-N O-Ring.
  • Disc: Viton®.
  • Spout: Aluminum.

295SRK Seal Repair Kit

Designed for use on 25 series swivels and 295 nozzles, the OPW 295SRK consists of a dust seal, 2 O-rings, 3 button-head screws, hex key and thread sealant.
