The 2" H₂O₂ breather described is a specialized safety device designed for venting hydrogen peroxide tanks during transportation and unloading operations. Here's a breakdown of its features and functionality:

  1. Dual Sintered Discs:

    • Primary Disc (Air Filter):
      • Functions as a filter for pressurized air during unloading.
      • Prevents contaminants from entering the tank.
    • Secondary Disc (Liquid Flow Restrictor):
      • Activates in case of a tank overturn to limit liquid flow.
      • Designed to restrict the water flow rate to a maximum of 1 liter per hour (l/h) at 0.2 Bar pressure inside the tank.
