Ground Ball and Ground Bolt: These components contain special electronic circuitry, forming part of the self-checking system. They ensure the integrity of vehicle grounding before loading operations can begin.

Scully Ground Plug: This plug connects to the vehicle and interacts with the Scully Ground Ball, which is mounted on each vehicle for effective static grounding.

Control Monitor: The monitor connects to a heavy-duty Sculcon® junction box and includes a quick-release snap-on plug for easy installation. It communicates with the Ground Ball and provides verification of proper grounding before loading can commence.

No Manual Checks Needed: The system verifies the grounding automatically through the electronic return signal from the Ground Ball. As long as the controller receives this signal throughout the loading process, the operation can proceed safely.

Independent System: The Groundhog™ system is suitable for use without a Scully Overfill Prevention System, making it ideal for top-loading applications or where overfill prevention is not needed.
