The Scully ST-35 Overfill Prevention Control Unit is a sophisticated device designed to monitor and prevent overfill during the loading of tank vehicles, providing both safety and operational efficiency. It uses multiple-point optic sensing to detect potential overfill conditions and interfaces with Scully’s five-wire optic sensors.

  • Optic-Sensing Overfill Prevention: The ST-35 unit uses multiple optic sensors to detect overfill conditions.
  • Automatic Shut-Off: It sends a signal to automatically stop product flow within half a second of detecting a potential overfill.
  • Compatibility: Fully compatible with Scully’s five-wire optic sensors, IntelliCheck®, and Load Anywhere® systems.
  • Self-Checking: Equipped with Dynacheck® circuitry, it ensures continuous self-testing of all system components for optimal reliability.
  • Safety: Prevents loading if there is a fault or if sensors are wet, ensuring no unsafe conditions during the loading process.
  • Vehicle Compatibility:
    • ST-35 models: Designed for vehicles with 1 to 8 compartments.
    • ST-35C models: For vehicles with 1 to 12 compartments.
