Flush Measurement with No Invasive Elements
Description
The model TR20 resistance thermometer is designed for temperature measurement in sanitary applications. It features a flush NEUMO BioControl® connection, making it particularly suitable for applications where a thermowell extending into the process medium is either not feasible or not desired.
For applications requiring enhanced hygiene standards, especially for elements exposed to the surrounding environment, the TR20 is available with an optimized hygienic stainless steel head design.
When combined with a block flange (low-profile design), the TR20 is particularly effective for temperature measurement in mixing and agitating vessels equipped with a wiper. This configuration allows flush-mounted instrumentation at the vessel wall, enabling efficient removal of the process medium from the inner wall using a rotating wiper. This ensures a homogeneous mixture of components and accurate temperature measurement within the mixing vessel.
